All parcels are sent via USPS (tracked) or UPS unless you upgraded your shipping method to Express.

Canada & International orders; packages may also be subject to custom fees, which are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

Once an order is placed, it may take up to 3-5 business days to be fully processed.

CANADA	- Standard International (tracked) 4-19 business days

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, slight delays may occur.

 

Delivery

If an attempt delivery has been made and the parcel hasn't been picked up at your local post office, the parcel will be send back to us. If that happens, we are not responsible for any shipping cost.

We ship orders from Monday through Thursday.

The Processing Time of all our orders (US) is within 3-5 business days through USPS or UPS.

All orders are shipped USPS or UPS depending on weight.

When we ship your order you should receive an email that includes your USPS or UPS tracking number. If you do not receive your Order Confirmation please contact us.

Once we drop your package off at the Post Office it's delivery speed is out of Palette Studio Co control.
